River City Appliance Repair is hiring! We are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused individual to be the central coordinator for all our appliance service operations. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives on logistics, scheduling, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
You will be the vital first point of contact, dispatching technicians for major in-home service calls and managing shop drop-offs for specialized small appliances like KitchenAid mixers.

Are you highly organized but new to the repair industry? No problem! We provide complete job training and job shadowing with our experienced team to ensure you understand every aspect of the repair process, from intake to checkout. We invest in our people so they can succeed!
What You'll Be Doing:
• Technical Intake: Answer all incoming calls and emails, gathering detailed information on all appliance issues (refrigerators, washers, ovens, mixers, etc.).
• Dispatch & Scheduling: Efficiently schedule and dispatch field technicians for in-home service calls across the Sacramento area.
• Logistics Management: Coordinate shop drop-offs and manage the end-to-end process for small appliance repairs.
• Parts Coordinator: Serve as the liaison between our technicians and suppliers; track orders and manage parts inventory.
• Customer Care: Provide customers with timely repair status updates, manage quote approvals, and handle final invoicing.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• You are meticulously organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• You have excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• You're a proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude.
• Experience in dispatch, scheduling, or a detail-oriented customer service role is highly desirable.
