We’re thrilled to welcome the founder and principal researcher of FOMOtoJOMO.org to Be. Bold. 2026!

In his session, Digital Mindfulness: From FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) to JOMO (Joy of Missing Out), Dr. Chan will share mindfulness-based practices to help us use technology more intentionally, break free from stress-scrolling, and cultivate greater well-being.
