Introducing Posse With Purpose. ❤️

We spend a lot of time talking about what our Posse does at TMP. But there’s some pretty great stuff happening outside of work, too.

Our team is volunteering, fundraising, donating and finding their own ways to show up for causes they care about. So we decided those stories deserve a little space of their own.

First up: Meagan Malley, who is training for her first TCS New York City Marathon alongside her dad. They’re both running with Team for Kids, but before they make it to the starting line, Meagan is trying to pull off a pretty great birthday surprise for him.

His fundraising deadline is October 7. It also happens to be his birthday. 🎂

We had such a great day with the Big Brothers Big Sisters TB team, capturing the stories, connections and moments that will help bring this year’s Gala video to life. We had the chance to meet so many incredible Bigs and Littles, hear their stories and see firsthand what makes these matches so special. We left the day feeling pretty inspired by all of them.

You’ll get to see their stories come to life on the big screen at the upcoming BBBS Tampa Bay Gala. We hope to see you there!
