🗑️SERVICE RELATED UPDATE 🗑️

As of Thursday, January 23rd at 10:00am trucks have resumed operations for the delayed routes. Please have your carts curbside ready for collection and leave them out until serviced. There will be no set time OR day for pickup. Our office will be open Thursday-Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

❄️WINTER STORM UPDATE❄️

Trucks will be operating during the week of the anticipated winter storm. However, we are monitoring the DOTD and parish officials as safety is our top priority. Depending on road conditions and landfill access some routes may be delayed.

🗑️ Please place carts out by 9pm the night before your normal scheduled pick-up and leave them out curbside until it is serviced. ⚠️

All of us here at Dale's would like to wish you and your family a Happy Thanksgiving!

Trucks will be servicing Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday routes as scheduled for the week of Thanksgiving. ⚠️ However, trucks WILL NOT be operating on Thursday (Thanksgiving Day). All Thursday routes will be rescheduled for Friday, November 29th. 🗑️ Please place carts out by the road Thursday night by 9:00p.m for your rescheduled Friday pick-up.

Our office will be closed on Thursday, November 28th and will reopen on Monday, December 2nd at our normal Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m- 5:00 p.m hours.

Ascension Parish Announces Hurricane Debris Removal

Registration coming soon-not needed but will assist the parish to ensure we don't miss your location.

You MUST SEPARATE vegetative debris (branches, limbs, twigs, and leaves) from construction & demolition debris (building materials, fencing, carpet, drywall, furniture, lumber, mattresses, and plumbing). If you do not separate the debris, IT WILL NOT BE PICKED UP.

Pile the debris on the road right-of-way. The Parish cannot go on to private property to retrieve debris.

If bags are used, please use CLEAR BAGS.

Black garbage bags will NOT be accepted.

⚠️Service Related Update as of 5:00pm September 12, 2024⚠️

All Wednesday routes have been completed. However, trucks are still operating Thursday routes. Please leave your carts out until they are serviced. Thursday routes may not be fully completed until Friday. Thank you for your patience as our drivers are working overtime to make sure all garbage is collected. If you have any questions please contact our office Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

Trucks are back in operation as of 6:00am. Please have your cart out if services are needed. Trucks are running all Wednesday and Thursday routes until they are complete. There is no set time so please leave your cart out until it is serviced. Thank You
