This morning I got to roll with the guys from Joint Force Headquarters (JFHQ) with the Florida National Guard. 🇺🇸 Big thanks to my brother Oscar Perez for having me out!

FREE No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu at Fighting Chance Fitness

Whether you’ve never tried Jiu-Jitsu before or you’ve been training for years, come out and get on the mats.
10:00–11:00 AM — Introduction to Jiu-Jitsu
We will be teaching the basics of jiu-jitsu and give anyone with zero experience a chance to learn and get comfortable on the mats.
11:00 AM–12:00 PM — Open Mat
We will be rolling. Learning and understanding why jiu-jitsu has been beneficial and is helping so many people.
Julian Synan will be dropping some of his knowledge for the introduction portion. The owner of Fighting Chance BJJ, 20+ years of experience and BJJ Black Belt, UFC BJJ Open Gold Medalist, IBJJF Gold Medalist, and ADCC competitor.
No experience needed. No cost. No pressure.
If you’ve been wanting to try Jiu-Jitsu, come learn. If you already train, come roll. Either way if you’re a veteran, first responder or nurse come hang out and meet some good people.

Sunrise & Surfing with Yoga! ☀️🌊🤙🧘‍♀️

What an incredible morning! Huge thank you to all the veterans, first responders, and nurses who came out and made this event so special.

Special thank you to Juan Cubi , a Navy rescue swimmer veteran, for sharing his story and talking about how much surfing has helped him and what it means to him. 🇺🇸🌊

To Ari 🧘‍♀️ for getting everyone stretched, grounded, and centered with some yoga before we hit the water.

To Alec with The WSMS Surf Art Camp and The Surf Stop for providing the boards, helping everyone get comfortable, and getting people out there catching some waves! We all know how gnarly those waves were 🌊🤙😂

And of course, thank you to Island Donuts for once again keeping everyone fueled with coffee and donuts! ☕️🍩

Days like this are why we do what we do. Bringing veterans, first responders, and nurses together to build a community that everyone can turn to when they need it.

Sunrise and Surfing ☀️🌊 is back

We’re super stoked to announce our next Sunrise and Surfing event!

📅 Saturday, August 8
🕖 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM
📍 St. Augustine Beach Pier

We’re offering FREE yoga class and surfing lessons for Veterans, Nurses, and First Responders.

🏄 Juan Cubi, a Navy rescue swimmer veteran with 15+ years of surfing experience, will be sharing his story and his passion for surfing.

🤙 Alec with The WSMS Surf Art Camp and The Surf Stop will be providing the surfboards and leading the surfing lessons.

🧘‍♀️We’ll also kick things off with yoga led by Ari Shes a 500 hour certified yoga instructor. Get everyone stretched, centered, and ready to hit the water.

🍩☕ Coffee and donuts will be provided by Island Donuts.

Whether you’ve never stepped on a surfboard or you’ve surfed before, this event is about more than catching waves—it’s about building community, getting outside, and supporting one another.

If you or someone you know would like to join us, send us a DM to reserve a spot so we know how many surfboards we need. We can’t wait to see you there! 🤙💙

At Camp Reset, our mission is to help veterans and first responders dealing with trauma and PTSD by building community and creating opportunities to heal through experiences like this.

Come flow with us at Red Skies Yoga on Aug 22nd at 4pm 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️! Excited to announce we will be holding a free introduction to yoga class for any Veterans or First Responders (Nurses are included!!) that are interested in learning yoga. If you’re already a yogi and just want to be apart of the community please join us as well.

Aubrie Berreman will be the instructor!! Aubrie is a yoga instructor with over 10+ years of personal practice. She has her 200-hour RYT certification as well as a specialized certification in Power Yoga. She’s dedicated to welcoming and creating space for students to grow. With a passion for mindful movement, she encourages curiosity, connection and self-awareness both on and off the mat.
