Helping businesses put down roots in St. Augustine.

Our active project IGP Lot 17 includes a 4,000 square foot office warehouse and gravel laydown yard is being developed for Associated Construction Products, Inc.’s expansion into the area. Designed to support their operational needs and future growth, the site is located within IGP Commerce Center.

From planning and permitting to site design and construction administration, our team is proud to help move this project forward.

For today’s Throwback Thursday, we’re looking back at the completed Mussallem Beachfront Park project. Gulfstream Design Group was contracted by the St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners to provide civil engineering services for this 8.5 acre public park along Coastal Highway.

Our work included concept planning, opinions of cost, civil construction drawings, and stormwater collection and treatment design. Due to the site’s proximity to sensitive estuarine and dune environments, detail oriented stormwater design and permitting were essential.

Gulfstream also provided construction coordination through final certification and project closeout, helping deliver a park that balances public access with long term coastal protection.
