GDG maintains a fully staffed office in St. Augustine and remains committed to building our services and relationships in this region that is integral to Florida's First Coast. A milestone worth celebrating at the future Vermeer Southeast dealership in St. Johns County!

The project team recently gathered for a ribbon cutting as construction continues to move forward on the new facility along the Thomas Industry Center Way Extension.

Gulfstream Design Group is proud to support the project through site design, permitting, and construction administration as the dealership continues taking shape. Seeing the team come together on-site is an exciting reminder of how much progress has been made, and what’s still ahead.

Congratulations to Vermeer Southeast and everyone involved in reaching this milestone. We look forward to watching the final stages of construction come together.

Our team recently completed a Site Visit to the beloved Snack Jack's Restaurant located along Jimmy Buffett Memorial Highway. Construction continues on the new Vermeer Southeast Dealership along the Thomas Industry Center Way Extension in St. Johns County, designed by Gulfstream Design Group.

The walls are up, and it’s exciting to see another major investment taking shape in our community. From site design and permitting to construction support, our team is proud to help deliver another commercial development that will serve Northeast Florida for years to come.

Before long, contractors, utility crews, arborists, and land-clearing professionals will have a convenient location for Vermeer’s equipment sales, parts, and service right here in St. Johns County.

It’s always rewarding to watch a project evolve from plans on paper to a building taking shape in the field. Stay tuned for more updates as this project continues to move forward.

Gulfstream Design Group is proud to support the Cypress Bridge HOA with the restoration of the Cypress Bridge Circle Bridge.

Our team has been engaged to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the bridge’s curbs, sidewalks, drainage systems, and pavers to evaluate existing conditions and identify necessary repairs. Based on our findings, we will develop a biddable set of maintenance plans and a detailed scope of work to help the HOA obtain competitive contractor proposals.

Once a contractor is selected, Gulfstream will provide construction administration services, including reviewing construction documentation, monitoring progress, conducting site inspections, processing payment applications, and overseeing project closeout.

We look forward to helping restore this important community asset and support its long-term performance.
