I had the pleasure of speaking with Max Geppert, Director of Static Security at PICTT Security Solutions — a young professional taking on leadership responsibility in a demanding and high-trust environment. Davos is barely a week behind us — yet it’s still very present.



The beautiful mountains.
The horrible traffic.
Swiss precision at its best.
Disruptive protests.
And yes… the swiss fondue



My team and I already miss all of it.



This year, we supported three clients, covered 12,000+ km without a single accident or incident, operated seven vehicles, and relied on many professionals working both behind the scenes and directly with our principals. Once again, the feedback was overwhelmingly positive — and our clients will return.



Looking back, I realize that Davos has become part of my professional DNA. With more than 20 WEFs in Davos behind me, countless clients, challenges, and memories, I sometimes feel like a bit of a WEF dinosaur — but a proud one.

As we all know: After Davos is before Davos.

These conditions required clarity, adaptability, and consistency rather than noise.
