A pre-season inspection isn’t a vibe check. It’s a list.

When the Hurricane Home Prep team walks a property before storm season, the eyes go to the same five places every time: roof drainage, window seals, flood-prone openings, exterior debris paths, and any spot where water has snuck in before. The team knows what to look for because the founder has been on disaster sites since 2008, which means a lot of the lessons came the hard way (other people’s roofs, thankfully).

Storms have a way of arriving like that one cousin who never RSVPs but always brings drama. The Hurricane Home Prep team makes sure the house is ready before the doorbell rings: barrier install, flood bag placement, FloodTape, secured collectibles, the works. Then they come back, take it all down, walk the property, and let the owner know if there’s anything worth filing on.
