Last year you very patiently worked on my claim and I am so grateful. I referred my aunt and uncle to you guys ( My aunt was a teacher who retired in 2020 and my uncle retired from the Air Force. They are in their late 60's. They were aware his disability rating was low but were overwhelmed about the process of filing . I told them to file with you all.
I believe Val has been working with them. As a result of all she did for them, his disability rating has increased. They both have been able to completely retire. They were both working part time jobs to make ends meet. On top of having to keep working, my aunt has had knee replacements and my uncle has undergone other health issues. They feel so relieved and now can enjoy a much deserved retirement. This has truly improved their quality of life.
