He took an existing Homebrew supply store and made it into one of the biggest Chicagoland’s Homebrew stores.

Almost any business that has been running for a long time needs to diversify and adapt to the modern times. 8 years ago Ed and the crew expanded with the addition of Broken Brix, adding a taproom and production of wine, mead and cider.
