Thomas May Photography Photography About Me:
My passion for photography began when I was only 12 years old and received my parents’ original, hand-me-down SLR camera.

Since then, I’ve spent countless hours photographing people, animals, and landscape. I've always been the guy to disappear at an event, only to be found chatting it up with the photographer. I'm always trying new techniques and continually push myself to keep my work updated and timeless. To me, the most rewarding part of capturing photographs - and my goal at each session - is illustrating the em

otion in life, with true and candid moments. How I got here:
I earned my BFA degree in Industrial Design from the University of Wisconsin Stout. Following graduation I had a successful spray paint art business where I traveled around the Midwest creating unique paintings at fairs and town festivals. For the health of my lungs and knees, I decided to pursue other interests which led me into custom home theater sales and retail store design. Through life changes and opportunity, I'm excited to formally turn my photography passion into a business. My Life:
I live in St. Charles, IL with my wife and our 2 kids. We enjoy doing home improvement projects, being outdoors, watching movies in our home theater, and spending as much time as possible with family and friends. I look forward to working with you and capturing quality photographs so you can remember the special moments in your life and share them with the ones you love.
