It was a long but fabulous day yesterday; drove to Indianapolis to see Nathan Vogas with Bob Rogers Travel and Assistant Conductor with the Indiana Wind Symphony with a special amazing performance by Demondrae Thurman on the euphonium which is an instrument I never even knew existed before yesterday.

Here is Nathan, his friend Wolfgang, visiting from Austria and myself having lunch before the performance and a beautiful picture of the full symphony shortly before the announcement we were not allowed to take pictures!

It was a memorable experience, thank you Nathan for your kind invitation and an opportunity to watch you as a professional symphony conductor.
