As this duck season comes to a close, it feels only right to pause and recognize the four men who truly kept Ducks-N-Dogs going.
Mr. Randy Papa—the heart behind Ducks-N-Dogs. He has poured years of sacrifice, passion, and unwavering dedication into this lodge and guide service. What so many don’t see are the early mornings, late nights, tough calls, and constant effort it takes to create a place that feels like more than just a hunting lodge. Because of him, Ducks-N-Dogs has become somewhere hunters from all over the United States return to year after year—not just for the hunts, but for the experience, the people, and the memories made here.
Standing beside him are his right-hand men—Casey, Chris, and William—who have given everything they had this season. From endless hours preparing blinds, scouting, and escorting hunters day after day, to this past week when snow and ice hit and they nearly pulled a couple all-nighters just to make sure water kept flowing and hunters could safely get to the blinds—these guys showed up every single time, no matter the conditions.
This season would not have been what it was without these four men holding it together behind the scenes. Their hard work, dedication, and commitment do not go unnoticed. Thank y’all for everything you do and for giving so many people a season they’ll never forget! 🦆
