One of the best parts of being part of a business community is having the opportunity to support the causes and organizations that matter to our members.

Recently, several members of The Business Exchange attended the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Minnesota Mentor Breakfast to learn more about the impact of mentorship throughout our community.

Hearing directly from Bigs, Littles, and agency leaders was a powerful reminder that one caring adult can truly change the trajectory of a young person's life. The stories shared were inspiring, the mission was clear, and the future is bright.
