October marks 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵, emphasizing the vital role of the CMBA in supporting the future workforce within the trades. Each year, the CMBA attends the 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘁𝗮 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (MTEEA) Conference in St. Cloud. This event provides an opportunity to connect with local instructors in Central Minnesota who benefit from the 𝗖𝗠𝗕𝗔 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗱. It also allows us to meet new educators who could gain from grants for their programs.

The MTEEA is dedicated to enhancing students' educational experiences and supporting teachers through collaboration with local and national technology organizations. This partnership ultimately aims to elevate the quality of education across Minnesota.
