Most agents don’t want to become ad experts. They want to sell insurance.

The constant testing, optimization, creative production, and daily management becomes a distraction from what actually makes them money. That’s where we step in.

We run the entire ad operation directly inside your own account, under your brand. Every lead is exclusively yours. Nothing is resold. You get full transparency while we handle the strategy, testing, creative, and optimization. You focus on closing cases instead of learning Meta.

This model is why we now manage over six figures in monthly ad spend for agents and IMOs — because the agent stays in control while we do the heavy lifting.

If this sounds like what you've been looking for, link's in our bio. We'll walk you through how it works, what it costs, and whether it makes sense for where you're at. And if you'd rather run your own ads, no problem. Subscribe for more breakdowns like this one.

It might look like the campaign isn’t working. Leads are expensive. Volume slows down. A few bad days in a row. Most agents panic, pause the ads, and conclude “Facebook doesn’t work.”

What they don’t see is that they’re interrupting the exact process that creates predictable results. Meta’s algorithm doesn’t just run ads — it studies, learns, and refines over time. This takes weeks, sometimes months.

The agents with the strongest pipelines right now are the ones who stayed calm during the noisy early phase. They kept feeding the system. They refined their follow-up. And somewhere around month two or three, everything started compounding — lower costs, better quality, and consistent appointments.

If you’re not willing to give it a full 90 days, you’re better off not starting at all.

From the outside, it looks smart. You’re only running ads in the exact states you’re licensed in. It feels controlled and responsible. But inside, the numbers tell a different story. Cost per lead stays stubbornly high. The algorithm feels restricted. Results stay inconsistent.

What most agents miss is that Meta needs sufficient reach to efficiently find the right audience. When you shrink the geographic pool too much, the platform has to work harder and spend more to deliver qualified people.

The agents getting the best rates aren’t reckless — they’ve simply found the balance between protecting their license footprint and giving the algorithm enough room to optimize.

Yes, you'll need to get licensed in more places. But that's cheap compared to what you're paying in inflated lead cost by staying narrow. The wider you go, the more data the system has to work with, and the better your numbers tend to look. There are exceptions, but as a general rule: small target area equals expensive leads. Plan accordingly. Want help structuring a multi-state campaign? Reach out.

A lot of agents try to run Facebook ads on $100–$200 per week and then get frustrated when their calendar stays empty. The algorithm needs consistent data to optimize. The more it gets, the better it performs. The less it gets, the more it guesses.

For private health insurance, we recommend a minimum of $500 per week ($70–$75/day). That’s usually where the numbers start making sense. Cost per lead typically falls between $15–$40 depending on how dialed in the campaign is, but it always runs higher in the first few weeks while Meta is learning the account.

New accounts are also capped around $350/week for the first $1,000 in spend. That’s just how Meta works.

The agents doing well aren’t gambling with tiny budgets. They’re investing in a real lead generation system and letting the data compound.

Sometimes the first ad you launch is the winner. We've seen it happen. But most of the time, the ad you're sure is going to crush ends up doing nothing. And the one you almost didn't run? That's the one that fills your calendar. The only way to know is to test.

We tell every agent to start with at least three to five different creatives. Different hooks, different formats, different angles. You don't know until it's live. Test and let your audience tell you what they prefer.

Most agents think running ads is simple — run the campaign, get the leads, then qualify on the phone. That approach burns massive amounts of time and ad spend.

The truth is, the best agents qualify aggressively on the front end. For private health insurance, we anchor around six-figure earners because that’s where private plans actually make sense. If you don’t filter properly in the ad copy, the form questions, or the landing page, you’ll spend your days talking to people who can’t afford what you sell.

Meta won’t let you target income directly anymore, so the filtering has to be built into the creative and the offer itself.

The agents closing consistent cases aren’t necessarily better at sales — they’re just better at speaking to the right people from the first click.

Most agents we talk to have the same story. They bought leads from a vendor. Spent good money. And then realized the lead was already cold, already called by three other agents, or just flat-out wrong. Sometimes all three.

That's not a lead problem. That's a model problem.

When you run your own ads, the entire dynamic flips. The lead comes in real time. It's exclusive. Your name is on the ad they clicked. So when you call, there's already recognition. You're not competing with four other voices that day. You're the one they responded to. Could they click on other ads too? Sure. But you know for a fact they saw yours, and that lead is going to you alone.

That's why agents who take this seriously have stopped relying on lead vendors almost entirely. Want to see how we set this up for insurance agents? Send us a message.

The people who seem to outwork everyone? They're not working more hours.

They've simply become DELIBERATE about which hours count.

The question that changes everything:

How much of your "hard work" is actually productive motion?

And how much is just NOISE you've mistaken for progress?

Your homework:
Track how many hours THIS WEEK are truly dedicated to bringing in customers or improving conversion.

The honest answer will shock you.

You don't need 18-hour days.
You don't need to be superhuman.

You need a few high-quality blocks pointed at the RIGHT activities.

The math works out. Every time.

Every business is a collection of feedback loops.

The quality of your attention determines whether you create momentum or mediocrity.

This is both strategy *and* philosophy.

The inputs you amplify (traffic + conversion work with high volume) → Create reinforcing loops → Generate momentum

Scattered, low-leverage activities → Create balance loops → Keep everything mediocre and exhausting

The philosophical question:

What are we actually CULTIVATING when we build a business?
