Qualifications
The candidate should work well with others in a team environment and be able to work alone when required
Must be able to prioritize and shift focus as needs change
Minimum 1 year of driving experience required
A satisfactory driving record
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Ability to operate, maintain, and clean equipment
Ability to work in a safe and efficient manner
Must be punctual and dependable
Must have reliable transportation and show up for work on time every day
Must have a smartphone for company related information
Be able to walk, sit, climb a ladder, bend, kneel, reach, grasp, and lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities
Dump Truck/Delivery Driver will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering aggregates and other construction related materials to various crew
Responsible for preventative maintenance on dump truck
Perform or assist in repair work
Operate vehicles and maintains personal safety in accordance with Company, FMCSA, and OSHA policy guidelines
Stay informed of all applicable D.O.T. rules and regulations, and operates within those rules and regulations
Performs daily pre-trip inspection on truck and related equipment for operation and safety
Keeps trucks in premium operating condition
Read and understand delivery tickets - with regard to delivery location, material types, and quantity of material.
Labor and/or operate other equipment as directed
Will require working long hours and some Saturdays.
Pay range will be based on experience
Monday to Friday
Overtime available
Weekend availability
