I'm always a bit skeptical about new strains of grasses and how they will survive harsh winters, dry summers and being resistant to different diseases. However, this is the 3rd year after installing this Trinity Zoysia and it is indeed hardy and still thriving. So we've laid another few pallets and the property is looking and feeling fantastic.
(Btw, same grass was shipped to France from San Antonio for the Olympics.)

the full Moon rose perfectly inside the ancient stone arch —
