The Covey Team and Taylor Bailey Construction are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to fill the following positions:
1. **Grade Checkers**
- Responsibilities include measuring and verifying grades to ensure accurate land contouring and site preparation.
- Experience in construction or surveying is preferred.
2. **Laborer**
- Perform various tasks on construction sites, including site cleanup, assisting skilled trades, and carrying materials.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.
3. **Operator**
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites.
- Previous experience and valid operator certification are required.
4. **Foreman**
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites, manage crews, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, along with experience in construction management, are necessary.
