Happy from the Historic Hayne Vineyard! Purchased by William Bowers Bourn and Sarah Esther Vhase in 1872, it was replanted around 1903 and has remained in the family for over 5 generations! We are ever-amazed at the deep character and extraordinary quality of the fruit and wines after all these years. As Joe Czerwinski recently noted in the Wine Advocate, 'Guven the pedigree of the site and vines, it represents one of the few modern-day chances to taste Napa's past.'

It's not everyday you find a grape flower suspended in a raindrop!
