There are glorious trees all around the vineyard and the tasting room is right in the thick of it all. Be sure to try the Sherwin’s Cellar Scraps wine. It’s an aromatic

and easy going blend that the family produces each year. Cellar Scraps has a 15.1% alcohol content, robust volume, resolved tannins and a plum finish. As soon as you lift it toward your nose, you’ll notice the alluring aroma of raspberry, cinnamon, sage and even cherry pie.
