Construction Foreman
Location: Assigned job site (travel required)
S&K Technologies is seeking a Construction Foreman to lead and coordinate daily construction activities at assigned project sites. The Foreman will oversee employees and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.
The ideal candidate is an experienced construction professional who can work independently, provide strong leadership, and maintain a high level of safety and professionalism while working with customers, inspectors, trades, and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
💠 Lead and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and daily construction activities.
💠 Plan and support project mobilizations, material deliveries, scheduling, and job site logistics.
💠 Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, contract documents, and project instructions.
💠 Ensure proper use of equipment, tools, materials, and safety procedures.
💠 Track labor, materials, equipment usage, and project progress.
💠 Train and mentor employees on safe work practices and equipment operation.
💠 Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and site personnel.
Qualifications:
💠 High school diploma or GED required.
💠 Minimum of five (5) years of experience working on large construction projects with multiple trades.
💠 Experience with project coordination and construction planning.
💠 Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
💠 Clean, current, and valid driver’s license.
💠 Ability to successfully pass a drug screen and background check.
