Feeling Stuck? Here’s How to Break the Cycle in Your Practice

Last week, I challenged you to start your week with extreme focus and intention. To set a “Single Priority” that moves your practice forward.

Some of you took action and saw progress. Small wins, clearer direction, better leadership. If you did, you are now moving towards more wins and expanding to your team!

But some of you got stuck. The week got away from you. You definitely stayed busy, answering messages, handling staff issues, jumping from problem to problem like normal, but nothing really changed.

Here’s why:
