Had a job the other day to replace a customer's bathroom fan as it was not working anymore. When I removed the vent cover, I couldn't believe what I saw "mold spores on the motor". It immediately prompted me to check mine when I got home.

Just a friendly tip, to make sure you pull your cover down and check them as it takes less than a 1min to do. 👍

Customer had an issue with water coming in their garage, so I installed a Threshold Seal Strip and new Rubber Weather Stripping to keep the water out. Works like a charm! and no water now. What a simple solution to potentially a big problem. 👍
