It’s no mystery that we are Godzilla fans. With that said, the new Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire was as disappointing as a kid getting empty boxes for Christmas. Hollywood is a dumpster fire. Toho made Godzilla Minus One for 10 million and put out one of the best movies of last year. Warner Bros spent 135 million to bring us a disorienting 1 hour and 55 minutes of nonstop CGI in an incoherent abomination of a film. The few attempts at bringing you in emotionally were severely overshadowed by the absurdity of the characters you are supposed to grow to like. Godzilla is not meant to be taken to seriously, but I can’t count the number of times my inner monologue said “seriously?” If there was any upside to it, a couple scenes are comical and my 5 year old said “It was great” at the end despite him saying, “this is long” midway through.

If you own an Atari Jaguar, this is the game to have. Today I am passing the torch and will likely never see this game again. Sad day, but hopefully it keeps someone occupied during the quarantine.

I meant to just watch the original Child’s Play and then realized I accidentally rented the new one online. I was kinda pi**ed because I certainly wouldn’t rent a movie for $6.99, but not long after it started I was already convinced it was the best Child’s Play movie ever made. Check it out, but don’t get suckered like I did.

Sometimes you come across better versions of the movies you know. Deadly Prey is Surviving the Game and First Blood well before either came out. This is also one of the best endings of all time. SPOiLer ALeRT
