The design of the building is classic, especially the front is comparatively ornate, with its large, white columns, detailed fascias, cove molds and dentil, while the inside of the building is more conservative and stream line in design. When you enter through the front door you will be introduced by History and information of the building. If you go to your right there will b
e a double door entrance to your left, down the hallway is the banquet hall and while you walk you will see the Courtyard to your right. The banquet hall is full of windows to bring in beautiful natural lighting, has a pa system, three televisions to display slide shows, PowerPoints and videos. All of the switches have dimming capability to create the perfect mood lighting. It can hold up to 250 people, perfect for bigger meetings, trainings, gatherings, wedding/ receptions, and classes. There is access to the courtyard from back parking lot either using the ramp or stairs, so your guest can come through the courtyard to the banquet hall. It is full of hydrangea, roses, ivy, and other beautiful plants, with a walk way that leads to a gazebo and fountain. On our garden level you will find the Gathering Room, which can hold up to 75 people and perfect for small parties, gatherings, training's, meetings and more. There is also a 30’ wide by 25’ deep, round concrete cistern that would catch rain water from the roof to be used in the day to day operation of the building. The cistern, which is now nearing one hundred years in age is in mint condition, and will be used to water the landscape of the restored structure. Pricing
