Refund/return policy:

Refunds will only be issued to customers who have received damaged products from shipping damages, please provide pictures or video of the damaged package for the post office, as well as return the cup at purchasers cost of shipping. Note: custom creations of any kind are Non refundable or returnable examples include custom decals, pictures, or names. Non custom creations ar

e non refundable however can be sent back in exchange for another cup for the same market value. For those who are upset or dissatisfied with their order a discount can be offered, amount will be on case by case situation. If there are issues with you’re purchase please send me pictures or videos of the discrepancy you have found to help my understanding of the situation. All changes to order, cancellation of orders or customizations for orders (specific colors, decals, or cup designs) must be specified at time of order or no later then 72 hours after initial purchase. Progress pictures or videos are available upon request at purchase or within 72 hours of purchase. If you have not specified the colors of your cup or left your fields blank for the description I will send 1 messages to you asking for clarification on the look of the item you have purchased if no response within a week I will go with my best instincts on the design or go with the most popular approach to the design.

*All orders sent back to OTJ crafts will be shipped back at purchasers expense. If you have any questions about any of the policies please message me so I can clarify or answer your questions.
