• Our principal consultant is Micheal E. Smith, a retired US Air Force Officer and US Civil Service manager. He holds a MSc.M (Masters of Science, Management) from the Florida Institute of Technology and a B.A., from Armstrong Atlantic State University. He has held five fully qualified career field/MOS designations in Logistics (Aircraft Maintenance, Supply, and Transportation), Information Management and Readiness. He also has experience in retail and construction. Micheal's initial introduction to performance management and personnel assessment came in 1993 when he was selected to attend the Air Force Quality Institute at Maxwell AFB, AL. Through out the rest of his military and civilian careers he embraced the philosophy of continuous improvement and getting the most from your people through assessment, performance modeling and insuring perfect job fit. Some of Micheal’s accomplishments are: The Bronze Star Medal, Armed Forces Service Medal, Air Force Commendation Medal, and Joint Services Achievement Medal. He is a graduate of the USAF Air War College, Leadership Savannah program and the Naval War Colleges Strategic Decision Making Seminar.
