💻 BNI Speaker of the Week: Brian Culver! 🔐

This week, we had the pleasure of hearing from Brian Culver of Culver Diversified Services IT & Computer Services, who gave us some great insight into just how much technology has changed—and continues to advance.

One of the biggest takeaways? Technology and cybersecurity go hand in hand. With how much we rely on technology in our businesses and everyday lives, protecting our information and systems should be at the top of our priority list.

Brian reminded us that cybersecurity isn’t something we should think about after something happens. Being proactive and understanding the risks can make a huge difference in protecting our businesses, our clients, and our personal information.

BNI 24-7 Alliance Speaker Spotlight!

This week, we had the pleasure of hearing from Dr. Amanda Shorter with Back In Shape Chiropractic! 🙌

Dr. Amanda talked to us about “Tech Neck” and how our everyday use of phones, tablets, and other devices can affect our posture.

📱 She explained how the position of our head changes the amount of stress placed on our neck depending on how far we tilt our head forward to look at our devices. Those small, everyday habits can add up over time!

She also gave our group some practical tips to help improve our posture and reduce strain, including being more mindful of how we hold our phones, taking breaks from looking down at our devices, and making small adjustments to our everyday posture.

It was a great reminder that sometimes small changes can make a big difference in how we feel!
