Monday Early Morning - James leaves for work, and Candy leaves for a beach vacation.
Monday Mid-Morning - James' Third heart attack in thirteen years commences, and he drives himself to the hospital while Candy turns around to head back to Louisiana.
Monday Lunch - James has a fifth stent placed in his heart, admitted for monitoring, and all is well before Candy even makes it back to Louisiana.
Monday Evening - Brayden returns from his Brazil mission trip. Everyone is happy to be alive, resting, and recovering.
Tuesday Morning - Brayden tested positive for Flu type A and is quarantined upstairs with fluids and medications for the rest of the week.
Wednesday Morning - James is home, Brayden is recovering, and we are all ready to return to normal life. (Is there such a thing as normal life?)
Next week - Return to work, follow up with doctors appts., and the next steps will be determined.
As usual, we know there is always something to be thankful for.
We are thankful for:
God giving James the wisdom to head to the hospital (Even though it was crazy that he drove himself while having a heart attack). We are thankful James has no heart damage and that God provided time to be able to continue working before deciding any next steps to take (Possible bypass needed in 6-8 weeks, but we are surrendering that to God's timing and always anticipating God to do a miracle).
Family, Fr-amily, spiritual family, and all of you who offered to mow the grass so our business can stay running, cook meals, and make a visit, call, or text and prayed for us from the first minute this began and beyond.
God is so good to us in EVERY way!
