We are excited to announce we are going to be officially open for business starting tomorrow Thursday June 18th. It has been a long process and although the process isn’t 100% complete we are able to open and provide services to get started. We are going to be using a new system and learning some new things as we go so we ask for your patience while we work through and find the best way to provide these services for our community.
We will be able to accept Amazon returns, ship UPS, provide copy and small print job services, rent mailboxes, accept packages for customer pick up and sell moving and packing supplies if needed.
We are waiting on FedEx approval to finalize but expect that within the next 5-7 days. DHL international shipping within the next day or two and large print jobs within the next two weeks.
Fingerprinting / Background checks and passport photos will be online as soon as the state of Ohio finishes their process which could be a few weeks.
We hope to see you in the store if you need anything, we will schedule a grand opening event once we get our systems solidified and processes are working as we intend them too.
Thank you for your patience and support during this process and we so look forward to getting our doors open and becoming a part of our business community.
