BridgeWorks

BridgeWorks We bridge the gaps between generations in the workplace and marketplace. True generational junkies a Trust us, we feel it too.

After studying the generations for more than 15 years, we understand the struggles companies face when trying to get their arms around all 4 generations. Our Millennials can’t understand a fax machine and our Boomers aren’t really getting along with Siri. We love finding innovative ways to help organizations bridge generation gaps at work. We provide customized solutions to clients through speeche

s, workshops, e-learning, trainer certification and consulting, and we even have a corporate entertainment show. Our mission is to help business people see the world through the eyes of the generations to help them work smarter and manage better. We do this by mixing multimedia, business savvy, smart solutions, and a sense of humor.

A lot of younger teachers 🍎 and nurses 🩺 entered their professions during one of the most disruptive moments in modern history.

Student teaching became virtual.
Nursing clinicals happened during a pandemic.
Some were placed directly into overwhelmed systems before they were fully prepared.

Many never got the gradual “ramp-up” previous generations experienced.

And it’s had a lasting impact. ❤️

This clip from The Generations by BridgeWorks Podcast explores why burnout is especially high among younger professionals in education and healthcare.

Every generation gets labeled as “the problem.”

Gen X?
They were called slackers. Independent. Disengaged.

But what if those exact traits were exactly what the moment needed?

Gen X helped introduce a new way of working. One that was more efficient, more independent, and less dependent on traditional systems.

They didn’t break the workplace…
they reshaped it.

So what does that mean for today?

Maybe the next generation isn’t the problem either. 🤷
Maybe they’re the solution to what’s coming next. ⚖️

🎙️ This is just one part of a bigger conversation on change, generations, and the future of work.

Episode 2: Leading Through Change

Everyone is talking about change.
Very few people are talking about how to actually navigate it.

AI is accelerating.
The workplace is shifting.
And for many leaders, it’s not clear what to do next.

In this episode, we step back and look at the bigger picture:

Why does change always feel chaotic in the moment?
What can history teach us about what’s happening right now?
And how do we move forward without defaulting to fear?

We break it down into:
3 warnings to be aware of
&
3 ways to move forward with confidence

Because change isn’t new…
but how we respond to it matters more than ever.

So what do we do? Panic… or prepare?

Tomorrow’s episode breaks it all down.
3 warnings & 3 ways to navigate what’s coming next.

We’ve seen change before… just not like this.

✨ Debra Enloe helps organizations navigate the human side of transformation—equipping teams to adapt with trust, awareness, and integrity.
