MSCHS and the Mitchell Hamline Law Review are pleased to announce "Celebrating the Minnesota Constitution: A Historical and Contemporary Look at Minnesota Constitutional Law," a symposium and accompanying Law Review publication exploring the state constitution's history and its ongoing relevance. It will be the first symposium devoted to the Minnesota Constitution since 1993.
The Law Review is accepting articles, essays, and shorter outlines or abstracts on any topic tied to Minnesota constitutional law, from its historical development to unsettled issues in the field today. Selected authors may also be invited to speak at the symposium.
