Employment equity means stopping all of the things that work against us and develop ways that LGBTQ people have more than basic human rights: We live with pride. In the US, nearly 50% of LGBTQ people are not out at work — the foundation of creating a positive, inclusive career. Mossier enables employment equity for everyone LGBTQ. We do this through Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion training with organizations and an online learning community on mossier.org.

There are plenty of ways to celebrate q***r people and a great place to start is knowing important dates, anniversary and awareness days for q***r people. Many of these awareness days combat ignorance about the LGBTQ community and bring attention to their various histories and struggles. This calendar is the perfect addition to your toolkit for diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). Often, DEI calendars feature ethnic, national or religious holidays and observances but leave out LGBTQ holidays (with exception to pride month).
