Yesterday we got to celebrate the retirement of Jim Johnson, Senior Project Manager on our Healthcare team, as he kicked off the closure of a nearly 40-year architectural career and the start of a new adventure.

An avid runner, hockey player, golfer, explorer, dog trainer, and so many other hobbies, we know this guy definitely won't be bored in this next phase of life.

Last week, we had the privilege to join LTS global leadership from Germany, with a special appearance from Governor Tim Walz, for the groundbreaking of their next chapter: the expansion and renovation of an existing warehouse, lab, and maintenance building into state-of-the-art production, cleanroom, lab, and R&D space for use in LTS’ expanding product line.

The project represents a significant investment in the market and will serve to expand their ability to serve their clients in the space of innovative oral, transdermal and intradermal drug delivery systems.

Congratulations to Wadaag Commons on receiving Finance & Commerce Top Projects of 2025 honors!

In Somali, ‘Wadaag’ means to share. That’s at the heart of Wadaag Commons, a new affordable, family-oriented apartment community in Minneapolis.

Noor Companies and Redesign, Inc. partnered to develop this transformative 39-unit community to support multi-generational families through thoughtful, culturally responsive design. As the Seward Commons redevelopment final phase, the project combines affordability, sustainability, and community. The building offers one- to four-bedroom units, shared amenities, and outdoor spaces that promote connection and wellbeing.

Extensive collaboration with stakeholders and future residents shaped the program, resulting in a housing model that prioritizes dignity, flexibility, and long-term livability while revitalizing a constrained urban site.
