If you have rental properties and need them worked on or fixed up after a tenant moves out we can clean out the unit, repair it, and make it ready for the next tenant. We have a great turnaround time on rental units.

--Non-structural work: Also known as "finish work", this includes painting, staining, furniture assembly, and minor repairs to drywall, plaster, doors, windows, and locks
--Electrical and plumbing work: Handymen can replace faucets and toilets, and swap out electrical outlets and light fixtures. However, rewiring or reconfiguring pipes or mechanical systems requires specialty licensing.
--Accessibility improvements: Handymen can install ramps and railings.
