Last night I opened Instagram and my whole feed was telling me I was doing it wrong.

“Stop selling voice agents. Sell leads instead.”
“One-off automations are dead.”
“You’re already too late.”

For a minute it genuinely had me second-guessing everything. My game plan, the conversations I’d already had, all of it.

Then I remembered something. I’ve talked to real businesses. Real HVAC owners. Real service companies right here in Florida.

And they told me with their own mouths that they need this.
Instagram doesn’t know your market. The algorithm doesn’t know what the business owner you talked to last Tuesday actually said. It doesn’t know what problems are sitting on the table in front of the people you serve.
