⭐️⭐️Take pictures and video of everything! Document everything before you throw anything out or remove it. Document every step. If using a water mitigation company, make sure they are documenting everything. Open up your window for drying if you are on your own with professional help yet. Pull off baseboards to help with drying walls. Remove carpet and pads from the house ASAP, but Document 1st, during and after. You are required to take mitigation steps if possible while waiting for an adjuster. 💧🙏

Help out a neighbor if you can, be patient and try to find something be be grateful for in the mist of this disaster. You are in our prayers and we will recover!
