Trying to rebuild an old digital presence from scratch with zero email access and missing credentials can drive anyone crazy. Luckily, Tom Nguyen noticed that complaining out loud inside Thrive DTSP can actually unlock the answers. Sometimes you gotta laugh about the messy reality of solving tech hurdles and revel in how local members chipped in with small pieces of advice until the job was done.

We love having experts like him as part of our community here at Thrive DTSP.
