tors. They moved into the shared studio space in 2013, and began their Paper & Pints series, which included live printing demos and visiting artists. A strong passion for education and preservation is what motivated them to open their space as a community studio in the Spring of 2016.

BIG news! We’ve been awarded funding to be a part of the new monthlong “Art Everywhere” celebration this fall, made possible by a Creative Pinellas grant through Pinellas County arts tourism funding👇👇👇

With support from this grant, we’re bringing back the Print Party at the Preserve on Saturday, November 14th from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm at Boyd Hill Nature Preserve!

🎉The Print Party is a free, family-friendly celebration of printmaking that includes demos, hands-on activities, and steamroller printing. Presented by PRINT ST. PETE St. Petersburg Parks & Recreation Friends of Boyd Hill the event will feature over a dozen local printmakers in screen print, letterpress, papermaking, intaglio, cyanotype, block printing, and more.

NEW workshop alert! Learn how to CMYK photos or illustrations using the Risograph! Sunday, September 27th from 10:00am to 4:00pm 🌈

In this 6 hour workshop, attendees will learn advanced RISO techniques including separating an image into channels, adjusting them for print, and then experiment with raster options. We’ll be printing in Aqua, Fluo Pink, Yellow, and Black ink.

Attendees will leave with an edition of 25 8×10 prints and one of everyone else’s prints, as well as a resource packet and color chart. Upon completion of the workshop, attendees will be eligible for studio time to return for future projects.

NOTE: Participants should have their own laptop with Photoshop. All other materials provided.
Though not required, this session is best for those who have taken the Riso Intensive or have comparable experience.
