Not every KPI was green. And that's okay. 🟢🔴
We had our leadership and KPI meeting, and honestly? There was a lot of red on the board.
But here's what I realized...The numbers don't tell the whole story.
What tells the story is how your team responds when things aren't perfect.
Every. Single. Person. on my team was open to feedback. No defensiveness. No excuses. Just a genuine desire to get better.
That's the culture we've built at Joy of Cleaning.

The team that wins isn't always the one with the best numbers this week. It's the team that shows up next week better. 💪
