We are excited for the opening of a new office next month in Hickory, North Carolina where we are currently negotiating several multifamily residential projects. We will be announcing our first project early January.

This is in addition to our office in Kissimmee where we have several projects including a hotel, 30 unit condo building, 250 additional apartments plus a grocery store in planning and design stages in conjunction with Skyview Companies.

2025 was a strong year for our growth but will pale with 2026.

Exciting news!

The South Battery Park City Resiliency Project is a vital step in enhancing New York City’s coastal defenses against the impacts of the climate crisis. ECOncrete’s bio-enhancing concrete technology is applied to retrofit an existing pier and bulkhead, and rock rip rap is replaced with terraced ECOncrete concrete planters to enhance biodiversity in the land-water interface.

This project demonstrates how infrastructure can be designed to work with nature while improving waterfront resilience. We look forward to providing updates as the project advances.

My friends have heard me speak about the great work that The Shirley Proctor Puller Foundation does everyday with the youth in our community. Today we were rewarded by The St. Petersburg Police Department with a very generous grant.

Thank you to our hardworking staff, my fellow Board Members and SPPD for making sure our youth have opportunities that they may not have otherwise.

The Shirley Proctor Puller Foundation gets half the grant.
