File Reviewer – Property Claims – Commerical & Residential

Pay Structure: 1099 on a per file basis

Cat Claims Unlimited (CCU) is a Third-Party Administrator and Independent Adjusting Firm that excels in providing custom claims solutions.

CCU is seeking EXPERIENCED File Reviewers to work remotely.

SKILL SET:

Must be proficient in FileTrac – providing the number of years of experience within your resume or body of your email

Must be proficient in Xactimate - providing the number of years of experience within your resume or body of your email

Must have active Xactimate license

Minimum of years of demonstrated experience as a property file reviewer, desk adjuster or field adjuster. 5+ years is a plus.

Must have valid Texas adjuster license

Written and verbal communication skills to effectively manage and prepare reports

Able to meet preset time requirements

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to take and give direction

Must pass background check

Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)

EXPECT FROM US:

CCU pays on the 15th and last day of the month through direct deposit. We pay you before we have been paid.

Added benefits through Wingspan for 1099s

Transparent payroll – know what you are getting paid for and when

Strong supervisory support

EXPECTATIONS:

Able to work during core business hours (8 am – 5 pm EST) Monday – Friday, with additional time as needed during a catastrophe event.

Pay Structure: 1099 - pay is % of file fee paid based on experience and cycle times

Cat Claims Unlimited (CCU) is a Third-Party Administrator and Independent Adjusting Firm that excels in providing custom claims solutions.

CCU is seeking EXPERIENCED Field Adjusters for BOTH DAILY AND CATASTROPHE commercial and residential property claims.

SKILL SET/QUALIFICATIONS:

Thorough knowledge of roofing systems, building materials, and repair techniques

Must be proficient in Xactimate and Xactanalysis with an ACTIVE license - providing the number of years of experience within your resume or body of your email

5+ years of demonstrated experience as a property field adjuster, preferably CAT

Must have valid Texas adjuster license

Written and verbal communication skills to effectively manage and prepare reports

Able to meet preset time requirements

Must pass background check

Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)

TWIA Certification would be advantageous

FileTrac experience a plus
