The Junction City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance locating a missing and possibly endangered person.

62-year-old Wade Felton Lloyd, of Junction City, was reported missing on November 20, 2025. Mr. Lloyd was last seen on November 16th in the area of Birch Street and 2nd Avenue in Junction City. Mr. Lloyd normally stays close to the Junction City area, has close ties to his family, and his only transportation is an older motorized bicycle, which is also missing.

Mr. Lloyd is a slender white male, standing 6 feet tall with brown hair and hazel eyes. Mr. Lloyd is without his cell phone, wallet, and his medications.

The Junction City Police have exhausted all leads as to his whereabouts and is hoping that the community might recognize him or recall where they last saw Mr. Lloyd. If you have information regarding Mr. Lloyd or have seen him on or after November 16th, 2025, please call the Junction City Police Department at 541-998-1245.

MISING 88 year old last seen on HWY 20 near McKercher Park October 4, 2025 in 2016 Ford Edge

Sharing on behalf of the Lebanon Police Department, Lebanon Oregon...

On October 4, 2025, the Lebanon Police Department received the report of a missing elderly male that has dementia. Eighty-eight-year-old Donald Carroll left his home sometime early in the morning of October 4th and has not returned home. Donald was reported last seen on Highway 20 near the Lebanon Walmart and a GPS tracker attached to his keychain was last pinged at McKercher Park near Crawfordsville. There has not been a last known location for Donald since 11:00 AM.

Donald is described as having grey hair and wearing eyeglasses, and is approximately 5’9”. Donald drives a grey 2016 Ford Edge bearing Oregon Smokey Bear plate .

Donald’s family is concerned for his welfare and is asking the public for help in locating him. If Donald or his vehicle are located, please call 911 immediately.

****UPDATE*** -- On 10/11, Judith Roberts’ vehicle was located in Curry County, Oregon. The vehicle was found unoccupied, leading local authorities to deploy Search and Rescue teams to thoroughly search the surrounding area. At this time, no additional details are available for release. We understand the community’s concern and will continue to provide updates as soon as new, verified information becomes available.

Judith was last seen at 2pm on Friday, May 16th, 2025, in the 4000 block of NW US 101 in Lincoln City, OR.

Her 2017 white Volkswagen Jetta (OR 501 JYP), was last seen at 4pm on Friday, May 16th, on Highway 101 in Florence, OR. Photo of actual vehicle in our story highlights.

We would like to sincerely thank the public for their efforts so far in sharing information to help bring Judith home.

MISSING PERSON: Judith Roberts, 81 years old, was last seen Friday, May 16th, 2025.

Judith was last seen on the 19600 block of Wildwood Drive in West Linn, sitting in her white Volkswagen Jetta, OR plate 501 JYP.

Judith is described as a white female, 5’6” and 100lbs, with short grey hair and wears glasses. She may have cognitive issues, is considered endangered, and does not have her cell phone.

** UPDATE 6:22 PM -- The missing subject has safely returned home. The Douglas County Sheriff's Office thanks citizens for their assistance and attention.

YONCALLA, Ore. – The Douglas County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 69-year-old Yoncalla man missing since early Saturday, April 26th, 2025.

Lyndon Cullison reportedly left his home in a Silver 2002 Hyundai Accent 2D with Oregon license plates displaying CA14077. The wheels on the passenger side of his vehicle are teal while the wheels on the driver’s side are silver.

He may have been planning to go shopping, possibly in Cottage Grove or Roseburg. He frequently uses the freeway to travel. Cullison hasn’t returned home.

Family members report he has recently been displaying symptoms of dementia.

Cullison is a white male, about 6 feet tall and about 180 pounds. His is balding. When he left, he was possibly wearing a blue hat, blue jacket and tan shorts.

UPDATE: Terry L. Delozier has not been located, but we received credible information that he was last seen on March 18, 2025, at approximately 6:00 am near Dishman Road and E. 1st Avenue in Spokane Valley.

Today, a SILVER ALERT has been activated in cooperation with the Washington State Patrol.

Attempt to Check Welfare of Vulnerable Adult, Terry L. Delozier (78)
Spokane County Sheriff’s Deputies are attempting to locate 78-year-old Terry L. Delozier to check his welfare and are asking for the public’s help.

Terry L. Delozier’s family reported him missing, stating they have not had contact with Delozier since March 16, 2025, and due to his ongoing medical conditions, they are extremely worried about his safety.

He told family members that he was planning to travel to Portland to visit family, but it is unclear if he actually attempted the trip or is still in the Spokane area.

Terry L. Delozier is described as a 78-year-old white male, approximately 5’08”, 160 lbs, with darker gray hair, and brown eyes.

He is believed to be driving a blue 2007 GMC Sierra pickup with Washington plates, C43261Y.

On Saturday, February 1, 2025, shortly after 6:00 p.m., dispatchers received a call from a citizen reporting a possible sighting of Troyer's vehicle on Cow Creek Road at approximately milepost 22.

Deputies responded to the area locating the vehicle. Mr. Troyer was found to be deceased inside of the vehicle. There are no indications of foul play. The Douglas County Medical Examiner's Office was notified as well as his next of kin.

The Sheriff's Office would like to thank the community for their assistance, along with the Oregon Department of Transportation who assisted with the issuance of a Missing Endangered Person Alert along Oregon's highway systems.

The Douglas County Sheriff's Office is attempting to locate Robert Troyer. Troyer was last seen at approximately 11:20 am on Friday, January 31, 2025, when he drove away from his residence in Roseburg, Oregon. Troyer is not in possession of his cell phone or known to possess any other digital device that could aid in locating him. Troyer has been diagnosed with dementia and requires medication he does not have in his possession.
