UPDATE (7/30/26): FOUND SAFE!
The Eugene Police confirmed that at 9:40 a.m. on July 30, the license plate for Paul Ralph McGill's car was captured through the use of an Automated License Plate Reader (ALPR) in Willits, CA.

He had previously been caught on video in a Jerry's in Springfield the previous morning and his license plate was picked up in Medford, OR that evening. He is wearing a tan Oregon State Beavers ball cap and is believed by family to be heading to Los Angeles, CA.
