Ativo Senior Living of Yuma in Yuma, Arizona received full licensing approval and will immediately begin to welcome residents to the 79-unit Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Operated by Insight Senior Living, Ativo Senior Living of Yuma is Link Senior Development’s 5th Arizona development. Link and Insight have an additional two projects underway in Arizona in Prescott Valley and Buckeye.

We're excited to announce that after many months of planning and alignment Link Senior Development and Insight Senior Living are launching a new partnership brand for the pipeline of Link communities: Ativo Senior Living.

This partnership will provide greater continuity in programming, design and operations for Link facilities. The first property, Ativo Senior Living of Yuma, is currently under construction and is now taking reservations for an early 2021 opening. Additional communities are planned to break ground in Prescott Valley, Arizona; Buckeye, Arizona; Albuquerque, New Mexico, with more projects in various design phases throughout the Southwest.
