Link Senior Development is seeking a summer intern to support our pre-construction development activities in our Yorba Linda, California office. Link develops senior living communities including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care and has numerous projects in Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, and California under construction or in various stages of design.
We are seeking an undergraduate or graduate school candidate with an interest in analytics, marketing, finance, real estate development and/or project management. In this role, you’ll learn about (and contribute to) the activities from the start of a project through start of construction. Your work will directly connect to the pursuit of new business endeavors for Link.
What You’ll Focus On (We’ll Help you Through It All):
- Site identification within identified target markets
- Analysis of market competition and development of market summaries
- Development of marketing material in support of potential development opportunities
- General demographic and financial analysis
- WordPress site development & maintenance (if you’re familiar with WordPress)
About You:
- You have exceptional communication skills
- You’re a presently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student
- You’re a self learner interested in a range of business-related topics & tasks. - Open to learning and contributing in a number of ways.
Other Information:
- This is not an office admin, cold-call-sales or assistant to a broker role
- Some (optional) regional travel (NV, CA, AZ, NM) included to visit existing and proposed sites
- Position is based out of our Yorba Linda, California office
- This is a paid position; we’ll also help with completing needed paperwork, etc… for college credit
