There is a major outage effecting about half of our Salem/Monmouth network.

Several pieces of equipment were damaged and we are having to replace them.

It's going to be a few hours while we climb and replace everything. Please bare with us. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Coverage expansion 2020 is almost done. Our last major deployment went up today. With this new tower we will be able to off WiFiber services to 90% of our subscribed customers, and will be expanding our services as far west as Sheridan.

Adaptive Broadband is looking to add another work truck to our service fleet. Before we go to a dealership here in Salem I was wondering if any of our customers, or their close family/friends have one for sale that would fit our needs. Or work at a dealership and could help us in that way.

We've put 150k miles on our trusty F150 in the last 6 years. Now we are looking for something that can handle the same workload, but has a more professional appearance.

We are looking for a full size gas truck that must meet the following criteria.

V6 or V8

Automatic Trans w/ 4WD

Quad Cab

Under 100k Miles depending on the truck, price,and condition but the lower the miles the better.

2014 or newer, unless you have service records to show impeccable maintenance such as a company vehicle that isn't driven much

Clean Title and History - No accidents and no body damage other than normal wear and tear

Make & Model aren't super important if above criteria are met.

Full size Bed or Bed Extender for 6ft short beds

It's that time of year again everyone.

For those of you not using Adaptive Broadband Managed Wifi, especially those of you using Netgear routers. Please check that your router is updated to the latest firmware version. We've gotten around 20 calls today on this issue, so we thought we'd post a PSA

You can do this by downloading the Netgear genie app and following the instructions. Other brands can be googled for more detailed instructions.

Or you could purchase an Adaptive Broadband Managed Access Point. We manage your entire home network for you. Never worry about wifi issues again. The best part is there is no monthly fee for this service. Once you purchase the device, we service for free for as long as you're a customer.

Just a reminder to all of our customers. If you have an issue with your service that lasts more than 10-15 minuets don't hesitate to call us. We would much rather handle any issues at 10pm, than have you go the whole evening with an easily fixable issue.

You are never bothering us by calling, it's our job to help you. Even if the issue is as simple as unplugging a cable and plugging it back in. Please don't wait hours or days, unless otherwise noted in an email or text.

Happy Holidays from all of us at Adaptive Broadband.

Although our office is closed until after the new year we will be actively monitoring our email and personal numbers. If you experience an issue with your Internet please email us at [email protected] or call the service number listed in your install paperwork. If no one responds within 24 hours please call me (Jordan) directly at 503-990-1228. I will do my best to respond to everyone as quickly as possible.

We still plan to finish the appointments we had scheduled this week, but will not be taking any new site surveys or installations until the new year.

If we have already spoken to you about conducting a site survey during this time, we will reach out to you to confirm appointments starting tomorrow.

We found a few moments of clear skies to get some tower work done this week. Kudos to Nathan for being the bravest of us all! He looks like a natural at 140' up.
