Staying active and engaged mattered when we were kids. Turns out it matters just as much as we age! According to the National Institute on Aging, staying active, doing things you enjoy, and engaging with others benefits your overall wellness as you age!

Thankfully, towns in Connecticut have free or inexpensive ways to engage in hobbies and interact with your community! Check your town's calendar or library website; you never know what might pop up!
