What is right is right. The rest are justifications for actions which perhaps do not have the moral backing to be carried out.

The conciosness of a leader model holds justice as one of the central tenets.
Justice is not equal to legal manmaneuvering.
Justice has to do with the golden rule.
Do on to other as you would have them do on to you.
A leader must have the ability to balance what is good for the company as well as what is good for the community.
When a leader applies Justice daily creates transcendence for the corporation.
This the 100 year rule. Planning on a 100 year rule requires vision.
