🪬It’s only October 1st, Salem small businesses, the chaos has begun.

Remarkable to reflect on the chaotic launch of this brand and think back through my life, career and past employment history being a life long resident of the North Shore.

I wouldn’t be who I am today or where I am, without many people taking major chances on me.

I’ve worked for some of Boston’s best employers, some whom gave me opportunities to start managing in my 20’s and allowed me the space to succeed, Chefs that trained me on 5-star restaurant lines with award winning staff in hellish kitchens, people in media that provided me resources or levied calls, freelancers that worked for me from across the world in many different countries with my first business and locals that I’ve met during my time in town.

High turnovers, heightened volume, maximum stresses.

This isn’t for the weak.

Yesterday, we experienced a company-high sales and outreach burst that broke company records.

We’re all the way in the chaos.

Thousands upon thousands flooded the area in downtown Salem last night, what a terrific experience, overall.
