A final look at Lexus of Vancouver!

We first shared this project back in April while construction was still underway. Now, the doors are open, and the project is officially complete!

Our team provided Kawneer storefront and curtainwall, custom all-glass interior walls and doors, and Doormakaba glass doors with handicap closures.

We're excited to have been a part of this project and share the finished result!

We’re proud to showcase the completion of HP Vancouver.

Our team installed Kawneer curtainwall and doors along with custom STC-rated interior storefront systems and glass designed to enhance both functionality and acoustics.

One of the standout features of this project was the custom laminated insulated glass units in the courtyard. Measuring approximately 6’-6” wide by 15’ tall and weighing nearly 950 pounds each, these impressive panels required careful planning, precision, and teamwork to install successfully.

From the first installation to the final walkthrough, it’s always rewarding to see a project come together. Thank you to everyone who helped make this one a success, especially Swinerton!

Some projects never go out of style.

Back in 2018, we partnered with Dalke Construction on what was then known as Mt. Angel Abbey Guest House, now officially the Saint Benedict Guesthouse.
Our team installed custom painted Kawneer curtainwall and storefront systems with casement vent windows, complemented by custom 1” thick solar bronze glass fins for shading control.

It’s always rewarding to see quality glazing continue to perform and complement a building years after completion.

Yet another amazing project we had the chance to be apart of thanks to Kirby Nagelhout Construction. Now onto Phase 2!

We’re proud to celebrate the completion of Phase 1 of the Bend Senior High School Modernization! 🎉

This phase delivered a brand-new high school building on an active campus, made possible through extensive coordination with incredible subcontractors and a truly collaborative effort with Bend-La Pine Schools , BBT Architects, and the rest of the design team. Through the team’s diligent work, Phase 1 wrapped up weeks ahead of schedule and under budget!

The hard work to get across the finish line was all worth it when the project team had the honor of handing over the keys to the principal. Knowing that students and staff will walk through these doors and begin learning here this fall makes it all worthwhile.

This project is especially meaningful to us, with our founder, Kirby Nagelhout, and many of KNCC’s employees having walked through these same halls as students. This school is a significant part of KNCC’s history and legacy, and we’re proud to be a part of improving the high school campus to allow it to serve the Bend community for years to come.

With the old building set for demolition, we’re excited to keep the momentum going as we move into Phase 2!

Working with Skanska USA | Construction & Development, our team will be installing curtain wall systems, custom faux wood aluminum sun shades, and a custom radius glass handrail as part of this exciting project.
